  Very noisy and crowded, and is hard to get disabled parking regularly, but the premises are very clean and service from the staff in most shops is great, but there are a few shops in there that have young staff who are rude unless you're young like them, not to mention the music is that loud that you can hardly hear anything anyone might say to you. I like my music, and I like it loud. But not at work, especially in a business which is based on customer relations for sales, you do not want a rave or night club feeling when you are going to buy clothes etc. And what about the shops around them, they suffer the noise all day also. It's really a turn off shopping, if they'd just turn the RAVE or DANCE PARTY DOWN, then they might do better business, as well as teaching your staff that it doesn't matter how old the customers are, don't ignore or talk to them like there in the wrong shop. Just cause we're not in our late teens to early 30's, I hope they get the same treatment when they hit there late 40's and on.

  Great variety of shops. Great place to have coffee or bite to eat. Easy and convenient. Parking at time is difficult. Very multicultural. Shopping centre is always improving.

  Unlike its Roselands counterpart, Bankstown shopping centre is quite weird. Some parts you have mildly neglected shops, he Kmart shop looks and feels like the shop is closed itself, there are uncomfortably a lot of 2$ shops, there are many low budget small stalls that are usually messy there. And on the other side, you have pretty well done wonderful big fashion outlets there. The place itself feels a bit unsafe due to the fact that there are a lot of youths looking to cause trouble there, there was even a stabbing there one time, don't forget it is pretty crowded sometimes. Without all of that, the shopping centre is I guess a bit more than alright. There are a lot of unique stuff, it is iconic, food is great. Hey, how about you give this place a try? Nah mate, don't expect a stabbing, feel welcomed.

  Bankstown Central is a very well maintained shopping centre with a whole range of options for any shopper. Good range of fashion, electronics and food outlets. There are some small tacky toy & electronics temporary stores in the middle of the corridors which the centre could do without though. One elevator was out of order but apart from that everything working well. Clean bathrooms and facilities.

  A wonderful experience. We enjoyed the diversity of shopping, especially the fresh produce market.
