  I recently had an inspection of a property that because of heavy traffic on the M5, caused me to reach the property late by a very small window. Calls to Natasha were made and she went over and beyond to ensure I was helped....and in the end, was able to arrange with Stephanie to come to site after another already planned inspection had been done. Atnearly 6pm that night, Stephanie attended the property and conducted the inspection for me almost an hour after the originally scheduled time. I thank both Natasha and Stephanie for the efforts and for going out of their way to ensure I was helped. My many thanks once again.
