    Disorganised, poor customer service, and very clearly gaming their own reviews page (check out 'Samantha Hanani'). Well-run stores with good service don't NEED to leave themselves fake reviews. Never giving these guys my business.

    Bedside then got delayed over a month and multiple phone calls with no success. Didn't reduce a single penny for this mess up from the balance payment. Not worth the hassle for the premium you are paying to buy from Forty winks. Wont deal again.

    Best place for best price and service. Got my bed delivered right away and sleeping like a baby!!

    Booked 3 beds, bedside tables and 3 mattresses to get good service. Near the delivery I was told bedside tables wont be delivered for my Queen Bed. On delivery Queen bed was missing parts. Was a nightmare to get it sorted and dealing with the supplier in few days. Supplier accepted that someone opened the box in the warehouse and did not put them back.
