  I told them to give me my paperwork so I can leave and they did that literally in less then a second so we can leave.

  I had terrible experience in the emergency of this hospital. I will not bring here anyone even if they are dying. I waited there for 6 hours just sitting in a chair with my 1 and a half year old baby at night who couldn’t have his dinner and couldn’t sleep on his bedtime because of this horrific system. They think we don’t have any work in this earth apart from waiting for a doctor. When we asked the clerical staff/ triage nurse- how long will it take ? They were just rude and didn’t even bother to answer. I had private health insurance as well but didn’t work for anything. I hate this hospital

  This is the worst hospital I have ever been to. Emergency ward Omg I was dying from pain for my back and they were just shoving medicine in my body literally like 4 strong Medicines x2 each medicine less than 20 minutes.

  Other customers with the smallest pain came after me will be served before me. Maybe because I am Muslim I'm just confused why they didn't see me.

  They were genuinely outstanding, kind and never made me feel like a number or a nuisance. Such lovely lovely people and I'll be forever indebted to them for their grace and patience in one of the most painful and trying times of my life.

  Very overcrowded hospital, very busy, some of the staff are amazingly rude towards older patients. They are not well organised. The press has hammered them recently over some very news worthy mistakes. I'd personally think twice before taking a family member here.

  worst hospital ever the way that the nurses treated my wife who just had a twins babies assessorion was so unacceptable and they were so rude to her . they treated her as if she is a fit person with no consideration at all to her health and circumstance . every time she ring the buzzer and ask for help they took so long and most of the time they do not answer . when she asked for her bed sheet to be changed one of the nurse threw her one and told my wife that she has to change her own sheet . i am going to take that further up cause they taking advantage of my wife due she cant not speak English. i have got approved videos and pics of the nurses sitting on their phone , laughing and chit chatting and ignoring the buzzer while another patient was seeking help .

  I went home and started vomiting all the medications that they have given to me and I became so pale. I don't know what happened to me.
