  I don't know if ALL Bing Lee's are this bad, but Bankstown certainly is. Horrid staff, horrid treatment of big paying customers. We will literally avoid Bing Lee for LIFE. And I'm spreading the word to everyone I know. Check out the photo of my BRAND NEW WEEK & 1/2 OLD DRYER! It'll be like this until some time next week. Lucky me....

  Avoid. Spend your $$$ ANYWHERE else. Seriously. Sold us a BROKEN brand new $1000 dryer. BLAMED US THREE TIMES when we called up about it. Refused to help us for FIVE MORE DAYS. So, I had to bypass their shite customer service (something that Bing Lee obviously hasn't spent a moment training anyone on), and were forced to go to the manufacturer to deal with it.

  Great services at this store great friendly staff as well . I got served by a very nice and lovely friendly staff she was amazing nice explained whats good and better vacuum . I was happy witb her . Great store . Its why i gave a 5 star rating .

  Prices are also bad, can easily be matched at JB HI FI who have better customer service and staff are not as pushy. I would go somewhere else

  Parking is very easy, the store is nicely laid out. Some sales reps are better than others, some follow you around and ask too many questions. Their prices are good and their service is good too, but i have never walked out of here with a bargain. Having said that i cant complain about their service and cleanliness of their store and they also have a wide range.

  Terrible service. Tried to buy a remote for my tv and was ignored. When I did manage to get a staff member, he dismissed me when I said they should have the remote in stock. I was told that I was looking for the wrong brand, when in fact I had the website open that clearly displayed the right brand.
