  Dropped my car at Starwash Bankstown yesterday morning paid $100 to have it cleaned and polished only to come back to a huge crack in my windscreen! Staff were NOT helpful at resolving this issue and were auguring that it was there before I dropped my car to them! When clearly in the camera footage it was NOT there!

  The whole back of the car hadn't been touched and after I took it back there, I showed them that the dust was so thick, I can run my fingers through it. The car still had water drip stains on the remaining sides, so the car hadn't even been wiped down. The windscreen was still blurry on the inside. What did I pay $50 for? How much water did you use? If my car was considered clean, I hate to see the condition of wherever you live. I could have gotten a cleaner car if I drove it around in the rain for free. Absolutely useless!

  They have no idea how to wash cars. How can you have a car for four hours and when I go to pick it up, it still has dust on it? Isn't dust the first thing that washes off when it comes into contact with water?

  A job half done for Premium price!.damaged the front mat,just ripped it out instead of unclipping it first. Half wiped the interior-had a new scratch on the back bumper. Did not clean the boot like other car washes do for less than this place charges.To much in a hurry to get cars in and out. Same in the Darlinghurst - rush and damage your vehicle and deny any knowledge!!.

  Paid $59 for premium wash and had to tell them to do it over as our car was practically uncleaned by them.

  Did a really good job on the inside and outside of my car. Pricier than some places, but worth it.
