  Needed 4 staff members to put my transaction through, took over an hour to work out and thrn another 40minutes to bring my product to me as tgey hsd 1 younge poor guy runing back and forth furing christmas time. Staff had no idea what to do except "goof it". Very organised and under trained. Parramatta toys are us is much more organised and easy.

  Excellent food at lucky chengs, dumplings and the noodles, the Brewery paddles are a very good way to try a few different beers

  The customer service at this store was absolutely amazing. We were served by Ninsen who was professional, helpful and very friendly. She went above and beyond with organising an item for me which I appreciate. Great selection of toys at good prices and some good sale items.

  Very unfriendly stuff and service, talked to branch manager regarding an issue, she is even more unfriendly and rude. I suggest,look for different shop /branch if you can. In similar price range you will get better service and quality.

  Very helpful staff. Store layout is easy to navigate. Found what I wanted at a cheaper price than elsewhere.
